I have found recently that taking a "bath" in the shower is amazing. It is the perfect stress reliever. I dont have a bath tub up here in the dorms, just a crappy little shower. But just sitting down, letting the hot water pour over me with a little norah jones pandoring it up is the perfect way to end my day.
